Chrysocolla has a blue-green color and is a minor ore of copper, having a hardness of 2.5 to 3.5. A very beautiful stone indeed. Rhodonite, the pink stone can be found in Massachusetts and was once used to make service platters in Russia and was often given as a gift during royal czarist weddings.
