Veronica Salfi, born in Madrid, Spain, entered the U.S. in 1971 and now a resident of Abingdon, Va since 2001. She started working with jewelry approximately four years ago. Color inspires every aspect of her artistic creation. She truly enjoys creating and designing jewelry using different media such a glass, gemstones, metals, pearls, silk, fabrics and papers. She is drawn by the color magnitude of dichrioic glass used by NASA where her father use to work.

Now she works from a small studio at her home. She also works as a Spanish Interpreter for the legal and medical fields. In addition, she participates in volunteer Bible teaching.
